There can be a variety of reasons people may feel the need to seek therapy. At times we may not understand why we’re unable to cope with a situation that we once were able to or we may be experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties and beyond.

Often people assume that psychological services are only targeted towards dealing with a current crisis or a mental health concern. Speaking to a psychologist can be helpful even if you are not in significant distress or dealing with a crisis.
