Facing a change or transition in life is inevitable for all of us. Change is often accompanied by a feeling of unknow. At times, it can be challenging for us to adapt to the change, find new ways to handle a situation and have the coping skills to successfully deal with the unknown that we are facing.

Negative life changes can understandably take a toll on our life and can be challenging to face. However, it is important for you to know that positive life events are also bringing a change in our lives and can often be accompanied by mixed emotions.

Her approach to psychological interventions relies on scientific-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), however, she often integrates elements from other therapeutic modalities, (e.g., mindfulness, motivational interviewing, schema focused therapy and client focused therapy) based on her clients’ needs and preferences.
